[目的]探索建立适应临床科室绩效考核的多维基础考核指标,通过合理的量化指标全面了解考核科室的医疗数量、医疗质量、精神文明和科研教育等综合情况。[方法]运用头脑风暴法、专家咨询法等多种研究方法建立指标体系,运用主成分分析法和EXCEL软件进行统计分析,确定涵盖质量控制、工作量、科研、教学等方面共266个指标用于评价。[结果]按150分制的标准,2008年120分以上的科室占参评科室总数的9.52%;2009年占参评科室总数的61.90%;2010年占参评科室总数的80.95%。[结论]建立的指标评价体系具有独创性,对其他医院的绩效管理和实施具有一定的参考价值。
[Objective] To explore the establishment of multidimensional basic assessment indicators that meet the performance evaluation of clinical departments and to comprehensively understand the comprehensive status of medical examination departments, medical quality, spiritual civilization and scientific research education through reasonable quantitative indicators. [Methods] The index system was established by various research methods such as brainstorming method and expert consultation method. The principal components analysis and EXCEL software were used to make statistical analysis. A total of 266 indicators covering quality control, workload, scientific research and teaching were identified In the evaluation. [Results] According to the standard of 150 points, in 2008, the departments above 120 points accounted for 9.52% of the total number of participating departments; 61.90% of the total number of participating departments in 2009; and 80.95% of the total number of participating departments in 2010. [Conclusion] The established index evaluation system is original and has certain reference value to other hospitals’ performance management and implementation.
