铁氧体结环行器的散射矩阵理论建立于数十年前。此后,结环行器的设计与研究方式随着电磁仿真软件的出现,有了长足的发展。在这样的形势下,本文对经典的散射矩阵理论进行了探讨,结合非互易理论,衍生出Y型结环行器本征态激发时的穿越方程,该积分方程可运用电磁仿真软件Ansoft HFSS便捷的求解。最后,本文运用HFSS的设计实例,对该方程的正确性进行了验证。此项研究工作意在推动散射矩阵理论的发展,以更好的适应当今结环行器的研究设计需要。
The ferrite junction circulator scattering matrix theory was established decades ago. Since then, knot circulator design and research methods with the emergence of electromagnetic simulation software, has made great strides. Under such circumstance, this paper discusses the classical theory of scattering matrix. Combining with the nonreciprocal theory, this paper derives the traversing equation of the Y-junction cyclotron when excited by the eigenstate. This integral equation can be easily and conveniently applied by Ansoft HFSS Solving. Finally, this paper uses the design example of HFSS to verify the correctness of the equation. The research work is intended to promote the development of scattering matrix theory to better meet the research design needs of today’s loop circulators.
