　　Objective:To study the mechanism of invasion and metastasis in mucinous carcinoma (MC) of breast,stomach and large intestine,by observing the character of their mucins,the expression of nm23-H 1,CD44V6 and collagen IV and the ultra structure of mucinous granules.Methods:(1) We collected 120 MC and non-mucinous carcinomas (NMC) of the breast,stomach and large intestine,each subgroup had 20 cases.
