Protection of our water resources is one of the most significant environmental challenges of the new millennium.Fecal pollution is a serious environmental problem that affects many coastal regions in China and worldwide.Pathogens associated with fecal pollution can lead to human disease and economic losses in industries that depend on coastal waters,such as shell fisheries.Its the important problem which greatly impact the water quality of Jinzhou Bay and How to track the sources of fecal pollution is the pressing question.
