Objective To discuss the relationship between total bilirubin and bile acid concentration in umbilical cord blood and neonatal jaundice occurs in small full-term gestational age.Methods Select 40 healthy term newborns as control group, select 40 small-full-term-gestational-age births experimental group.Collecting 2ml of newbon umbilical cord blood to determine total bilirubin and bile acid concentration.Using transcutaneous bilirubin measurements instrument to measure neonatal jaundice after the birth of 1、2、3、5day.Compare the influence of total bilirubin and bile acid concentration in umbilical cord blood with different levels on neonatal jaundice occurs.
