Aim: A tetrahydroisoquinoline-based hydroxamic acid derivative (ZYJ-34c) as histone deacetylase inhibitor, inhibited the growth of human breast carcinoma (MDA-MB-231) xenograft, a mouse hepatoma-22 (H22) pulmorary metastasis and the growth of a human colon tumor (HCT116) xenograft.Angiogenesis is critical to tumor growth and is also a potential target for cancer therapy. In this study, the inhibition of angiogenesis by ZYJ-34c in vitro was investigated.
