目的 探讨以损伤皮神经为蒂的皮神经皮瓣修复小腿皮肤缺损的临床效果.方法 自2010年4月至2014年1月我科应用损伤的皮神经为蒂皮神经皮瓣修复小腿皮肤缺损31例.男性28,女性3例.年龄22～68岁,平均36岁.开放损伤导致的皮肤缺损和术后组织坏死创面25,闭合损伤手术后导致的骨和内固定内物外露6例.创面面积3cm×3cm～5cm×18cm.创面内均有骨、肌腱外露或同时伴有缺损,其中11例合并钢板
目的 探讨拇指桡背侧逆行岛状筋膜蒂皮瓣修复拇指远端软组织缺损的方法及疗效.方法 2008年9月至2012年12月，我们采用拇指桡背侧逆行岛状筋膜蒂皮瓣修复拇指远端软组织缺损26例，该皮瓣以拇指桡背侧动脉、指背皮神经营养血管及掌侧动脉的背侧支供血，以拇指的桡背侧缘为轴线，指间关节近端0.5cm以近为旋转点，将皮瓣设计于第一掌骨桡背侧，切取后逆向转移修复指端软组织缺损.结果 术后26例皮瓣均存活.随访
