南海豆荚软珊瑚内生真菌代谢产物的研究

我国南海豆荚软珊瑚Lobophytum 的物种资源丰富,从该软珊瑚中已发现大量活性物质,但受―药源‖限制,活性物质的药物研发一直受阻.我们在南海的不同地点,如海南三亚、广东湛江徐闻珊瑚礁自然保护区,开展常见的豆荚软珊瑚,如:L.caledonense,L.catalai,L.chevalieri,L.crassum,L.delectum,L.microlobulatum,L.pauciflorum 等的共附生微生物的分离与种属鉴定,培养并筛选出有抗菌、抗肿瘤等活性的菌株;运用各种分离技术,如HPLC,中压制备液相色谱、硅胶和葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱等,进行代谢产物的分离、纯化,并进行了化合物的结构鉴定,得到一批活性化合物.
