基层干部职工健康体检情况分析

  目的 了解全县基层干部职工身体健康状况.方法 对2684名基层干部职工进行健康体检,做常规体格检查,查血规、尿常规、血糖、血脂、肝功能、肾功能、心电图、肝胆脾双肾彩超、DR数码胸片.结果 基层干部职工体检中,脂肪肝、高血压、高血脂症、肾结石、肝囊肿、胆结石、糖尿病、心电图异常、胆囊息肉、肺部疾病占疾病前十例,分别为16.10%、12.19%、10.51%、8.66%、7.02%、6.15%、6.11%、3.32%、2.20%、1.50%.讨论 上述疾病在基层干部职工中发病率较高,可能与工作压力大、缺乏自身锻炼以及不良生活习惯有关.体检完毕后建立健康档案,应加强健康教育,普及预防保健知识,随访该人群.
