Depression occurs in about 35％ of patients with Parkinsons disease (PD), and corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) are implicated in the pathophysiology of depression.In the present study male adult Sprague-Dawley rats were microinjected with 6-hydroxydopamine to prepare the PD rats.
