本文提出了一个有别于目前主流观点的企业理论:企业是一个自利经济人所组成的经济利益联合体。与主流企业理论关注企业整体的行为不同,本文是从组成企业的各个个体角度来讨论企业的性质。笔者认为,这种角度上的转换能够更好地解释当前企业失败、舞弊等现象,也能够为公司治理运动提供一个更合理的理论依据。
This paper presents a different from the mainstream view of the current business theory: a self-interest economy is a business unit formed by the economic interests of the Commonwealth. Different from the mainstream business theories that focus on the overall business, this article discusses the nature of the business from the individual perspectives that make up the business. The author believes that this perspective on the conversion can better explain the current business failures, fraud and other phenomena, but also to provide a more reasonable theoretical basis for corporate governance movement.
