The pyrrolo[3,2-c]quinoline tricyclic systems are known as the core structures of natural products martinellic acid and martinelline and other bioactive molecules.1 The derivatives possessing such tricyclic angular heterocycle with a wide broad biological activities,2 including most notably antitumor properties,3 gastric (H+/K+)-ATPase inhibitor,4 hypotensive,5 and others.Herein, We report an efficient copper(Ⅰ) catalyzed C(sp2)-N bond formation for the Synthesis of Pyrrolo[3,2-c]quinolinone derivatives in moderate to good yields in an oxygen atmosphere.
