Objective: To explore the feasibility of high-resolution MRI in predicting tumor response in T3 rectal cancer following neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy.Method: The clinical data of 108 patients with T3 rectal cancer who underwent neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy and subsequent surgery were retrospectively analyzed in this study.Two senior radiologists evaluated the pretreatment MRI respectively.
