Lentinula edodes is an important cropand has been increasingly popurity due to its special flavor, nutrition and medicinal value.The production ofL.edodes is as high as 420mt in 2010, which account for about 20% of the total mushroom production in China.But the long culture period ofL.edodes decrease the economic value.In this research, we tried to investigate the genetic background and improve the quality and production ofL.edodes.
