Purpose Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common non-Hodgkins lymphoma which is heterogeneous with clinical,morphologic,immunohistochemical,and molecular subtypes.DLBCL patients harbored with both MYC and BCL2/BCL6 rearrangements,called ‘double hit lymphoma’ (DHL) which shows an extremely poor prognosis.
