  2013年,Yang[1-2]等人将氧原子引入二噻吩并环戊二烯得到了二噻吩并吡喃(DTP)单体,基于此单体合成了D-A型聚合物,其单层的电池效率达到了8.0%,双层电池的效率高达10%,引入氧原子得到的聚合物有更好的溶解性和可加工性,更窄的带隙(1.38 eV),能够吸收近红外区更多的光子,从而具有高电子迁移率.
