目的：研究不同时间和来源大肠杆菌中携带blaCTX-M-55基因的质粒特点,探究blaCTX-M-55在国内传播广泛的原因.方法：选取实验室保存的2006年至2014年间携带blaCTX-M-55基因的接合子、转化子共104株,采用PCR方法对质粒进行复制子分型并检测其他耐药基因(fosA3、rmtB、floR和mcr-1),采用S1-PFGE和Southern杂交的方法测定质粒的大小.结果：104株携带blaCTX-M-55基因的接合子、转化子中,共检测到三种不相容群质粒型,包括IncFⅡ(n=71)、IncI2(n=25)和IncI1(n=8),且均为单一质粒.从2006到2014年,IncFⅡ质粒所占比例呈上升趋势,IncI2和IncI1质粒则呈下降趋势.随机挑取16株不同来源的blaCTX-M-55阳性菌株测定接合频率,结果在3.61×10-4～4.37×10-2之间,且接合子质粒稳定性达到100％.共转移基因的检出率分别为fosA349.0％(n=51)、rmtB 34.6％(n=36)、floR 22.1％(n=23)和mcr-16.7％(n=7).结论：blaCTX-M-55基因的广泛传播可能与传播载体具有较高的接合频率和稳性以及其他耐药基因的共转移有关.
