  The objective of the present study was to prepare cantharidin entrapped non-ionic surfactant vesicle (noisome) and evaluate the potential in enhancing the in vitro and in vivo anti-tumor activities and reducing toxicity.Cantharidin loaded non-ionic surfactant vesicles (C-NSVs) were prepared by injection method.The C-NSVs showed stable particle size at 209.8 + 0.5 nm,well drug entrapment efficiency (EE) and relative long-term physical stability.
