　　It was difficult to deliver drug to the complex side branches of the root canal and eradicate enterococcus faecalis, which causing the failures of root canal disinfection.In this research, cubic liquid crystalline was used as a drug delivery system for root canal disinfectant due to its good sustained-release property and liquidity of the precursor.
