电弧加热推进器中等离子体流动的数值分析

电弧加热推进器(arcjet)广泛应用于电推进和材料处理领域.从喉道到羽流,气体的流动和放电特点变化很大.对其物理过程相对准确的理解有助于我们提高设备性能.本文采用两温度化学非平衡CFD模型计算了arcjet的内流.为了得到自洽的电流和温度分布,计算区域耦合了阳极和阴极.因为喷管出口雷诺数较小并且背压很低,羽流和边界层发生较强的相互作用.出口附近,分子平均自由程达到毫米量级.为了分析稀薄气体效应,出口附近的流动和羽流采用DSMC方法计算.通过比较,DSMC方法在壁面附近给出了明显的速度滑移和温度跳跃.除此之外,两种数值结果都能较好的和实验结果吻合.此外,计算网格的疏密会比较明显的影响到壁面热流和电场强度.
