目的 建立通气困难和困难插管快速评估方案,筛选出潜在通气困难患者中可以耐受全身麻醉和必需清醒诱导的患者,选择最佳麻醉诱导方法.从而最大程度提高潜在通气困难患者麻醉诱导安全性和舒适性.方法 302例拟全麻下行择期手术的潜在通气困难的高危患者随机分为七氟烷快速评估组(1 55例)与局部麻醉评估对照组(147例).前者采用低浓度七氟烷开始缓慢逐渐镇静,观察气道通畅程度和评估通气难易程度.根据患者对镇静的
