Empirical Study of B2B E-commerce Credit Mode

  Development status of electronic commerce was introduced firstly and pointed out credit problems are the bottleneck of the development of electronic commerce.Four credit models including intermediaries mode,the guarantor mode,website business model and delegation of authority patterns are compared and discussed,found that they are not suitable for B2B.Then,combined with Alibaba,Global Resources and CCTN,B2B ecommerce credit model for the problems were compared.Finally,the direction for the development of the credit model of electronic commerce was provided,focusing on ecommerce credit proposals exchanges and cooperation in several aspects of the industry,technical reserves,credit evaluation,and credit incentive mechanism.
