The soybean cyst nematode (SCN, Heterodera glycines) is one of most important pests on soybean, which can cause major losses in soybean production worldwide.Since chemical control is neither continually effective nor environmentally friendly, many researches have been focused on eliciting the plants defense system.Several species of bacteria had been reported to induce soybean plant resistance against SCN.In the research, 810 species of bacterium cultures that conserved by Nematology Institute of Northern China were coated on soybean seeds (cultivar Liaodou 15).And all coated seeds were sowed in SCN high-infected field.
