Objective Discussion of suprapubic bladder stoma ultrasound pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy Qing stone system for treatment of permanent cystostomy with big bladder stones in patients with clinical efficacy and significance.Methods The permanent cystostomy mouth mirror,on 5 patients requiting permanent cystostomy with big bladder stones treated with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripsy were successful.Stone size about 2.4 ～ 9.6 cm.
