There are multiple electrostatic electrifications during aircraft fuelling process.A fire disaster or explosion may be caused by the charge carried by the fuel.Electrostatic electrification of fuel nozzle and metal parts during jet kerosene spraying was investigated in this paper with a self-designed an experimental test system of the jet kerosene spraying electrostatic electrification.The voltage and charge of nozzle,spray fuels specific charge were measured as well as the charge situation of isolated conductor during the spraying.The experimental results indicate that the voltage on isolated conductors are dangerous to electrostatic safety if they are not reliable grounded.
