Objectives: To analyze the changing evolution of renal tumors treated in a single institution over a three-decade period.Methods: Records of 1,801 patients with renal malignant tumor from January 1, 1980 to December 31, 2010 were analyzed.The data were divided into three parts based on a 10-year time period.Statistical analysis was performed with regard to age at diagnosis, gender, symptom of presentation, tumor size, TNM staging, and histopathology.ANOVA for regression analysis and x2-tests were used to compare quantitative and qualitative variables, respectively.
