Objectives To observe the change of the cognitive function,hippocampus and brain white matter in subjects with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea (OSAHS), and then to analyze the correlation.Methods Eighty-one subjects examined in the second hospital affiliated to Suzhou university sleep center were elected and underwent the polysomnographic(PSG) study and then were divided into four groups: mild group (n=23), moderate group (n=18), severe group (n=23) and primary snoring group (n=17) by the sleep apneahypoventilation index (AHI).
