本论文设计构建了一种新型的夫西地酸微乳给药体系,系统研究了载药微乳的理化性质及稳定性,考察了夫西地酸微乳喷雾剂的体外释药和渗透性能,测试了本制剂的抗菌活性和局部皮肤刺激性,研究结果表明夫西地酸微乳对治疗细菌引起的皮肤感染是非常有效且安全的。具体工作有以下几个方面:1、本研究考察了夫西地酸在不同载药介质如乳化剂、助乳化剂和油相中的溶解能力,基于构建的微乳伪三元相图,确定了夫西地酸微乳的基本处方组成。
