Purpose The purpose of the present study is to discuss the relationship between PCOS with MS in TCM syndrome and clinical indicators, analysis of PCOS clinical features associated with MS factors relations, provide an objective basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment and classified according to the type of symptoms,play the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment to improve efficacy.Methods Collected 91 cases of PCOS with MS patients with four diagnostic and blood pressure (BP), waist circumference, fasting glucose (FPG), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) index data,associated with TCM syndrome type spleen phlegm,phlegm and blood stasis, kidney and blood stasis, kidney liver depression four groups,and then statistics and analysis the characteristics of each group of clinical indicators.
