The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of totally inner-enterprise synergy innovation (TISI) on the enterprise innovation performance (EIP), and reveal the moderating effect of IT capability (ITC) on totally inner-enterprise synergy innovation.This research firstly divides the inner-enterprise elements into technological elements, market elements, organizational elements, and cultural elements, and then utilizes hierarchical regression analysis to explore how synergy innovation among technological elements and the other three elements respectively, and the total synergy innovation among all these elements influence the EIP.Furthermore, the moderating effect ITC does on TISI is examined.According to the empirical findings, synergy innovation among technological elements and the other three elements is positively associated with EIP, and TISI is positively related to EIP more significantly.What's more, ITC significantly facilitates TISI.This thesis is the first study to clarify influence of the TISI to EIP, and examine the moderating effect of ITC on TISI by the empirical evidence.What we find in the research deepens and extends the innovation theory based on the perspective of TISI and ITC, and provides the mirror that the enterprises apply ITC to facilitate TISI and improve EIP.
