  Objective:The aim was to compare influence of standard extracorporeal circuit (SECC) and mini-extracorporeal circuit (MECC) on parameters of the acid-base balance,gas and electrolytes of blood,lipid peroxidation,functional condition of lungs and kidneys and hemostasis at patients undergoing coronary arteries bypass.Methods:Thirty four patients (age 56.6 ± 2.0 years) undergoing coronary arteries bypass are executed.Patients have been divided on two groups:group 1 (n=15)-MECC,group 2 (n=19)-SECC.
