表面微纳结构湿化学制备及其生物学行为的研究

材料与生物体接触最初生物学响应是蛋白质吸附,然后再与细胞等发生相互作用,而材料表面微纳结构是调控生物学响应最有效方式之一.本工作通过溶胶-凝胶法和水热法在材料表面形成TiO2或SrTiO3微纳结构,研究这些微纳结构对蛋白质吸附和细胞响应性的影响.
