本文以蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B 为药物设计靶标,在前期研究基础上,进一步设计合成了一系列含有吲哚和噻唑烷酮双杂环骨架的化合物,并对其进行了PTP1B 抑酶活性的筛选评价。目标化合物对PTP1B 酶抑制活性筛选结果表明:浓度为20μg/mL 时,在一定程度上对PTP1B 都有抑制活性,16 个化合物有中等偏上的抑制率。
