  酞菁光敏剂具有较高的光敏化能力,在光动力治疗(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)中有非常广阔的应用前景,但是其肿瘤靶向性和癌细胞摄取率仍有待提高[1]。构建纳米运载体系,是克服上述缺陷的策略之一[2]。层状双金属氢氧化物(Layered double hydroxide,简称 LDHs)是一种生物相容性优良的无机层状纳米载体,在肿瘤酸性环境下能够瓦解并释放所负载的药物分子[3]。
