在数字时代，公益性图书馆通过互联网络为社会公众提供数字资源是其发挥继续教育与终身教育职能的重要表现形式。在各类数字资源中，国家享有著作权的作品虽然在数量上未占主要部分，却举足轻重.长期以来，因政府执行不力、社会重视度不够等因素而远远未发挥其作用。本文从国家享有著作权作品的界定入手，首先分析了对其进行管理与利用的现状，随后探讨了如何从宏观策略与具体制度设计上来加强对该部分资源的利用，具体包括国家相关
价值链作为企业运营管理领域的一种重要方式,全运会的生产经营活动是创造价值的活动,是一种复杂的动态过程.本文在价值链理论分析的基础上,分析了全运会的价值增值活动,阐述了全运会的价值链结构,进而提出了提升全运会价值的策略.
通过对相关文献的分析与梳理，从文化学的研究视角，对我国体育明星社会责任的本质属性进行理性分析。结论发现，在运动员培养过程中，应注重融入人文关怀、建立民族信仰和注入奉献精神，以最终实现对体育明星社会责任的文化救赎。
