　　Follicular lymphoma (FL) is a common indolent or low-grade non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL).Histologic transformation to high-grade lymphoma, which is generally diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), occurs in 25% to30% of cases.We report a rare case of Burkitt lymphoma(BL) transformation from a stage Ⅳ-B FL after systemic chemotherapy.A 59-year-old female with conscious sweats and upper abdominal pain was referred to our hospital.
