卡车铝散热器发生水管开裂漏水现象,经分析为热疲劳性质的开裂;引起疲劳的原因主要是散热器工作中结构各部位的热膨胀的相互制约引发的不均匀性的结果。
Leakage of water pipe cracking occurred in aluminum radiator of truck, which was analyzed as cracking of thermal fatigue property. The main cause of fatigue was the result of non-uniformity caused by mutual restriction of thermal expansion of various parts of the structure of radiator.
