目的:评价国产160W绿激光选择性光汽化术治疗大体积前列腺增生症的疗效和安全性.方法:本组良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者42例,平均年龄76岁(58-91),前列腺体积80 ～ 186ml,平均(122.1±27.6)ml,IPSS评分26分(22-32),Qmax平均9.2 ml/s (3.2-12.6),膀胱残余尿平均92ml (18-498 ml).手术全程应用北京瑞尔通公司绿激光手术系统施
