To study effects of BMSCs on TNF-α and MMP-9 expression on silicosis, and to explore underlying mechanism.Fifty-four female SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and BMSCs group.BMSCs from male SD rats were injected female SD rats through the tail vein after SiO2 treatment.The expression of SRY (sex-determining gene) and SP-C (the marker of type Ⅱ alveolar cells) were detected by double-immunofluorescence labeling.
