　　Purpose: Wnt/beta-catenin pathway is very important in invasive and metastasis procession of tumor.Adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) is a common malignant tumor of salivary glands with a high invasive and metastasis ability.In this research, we want to identify the role of canonical Wnt pathway in ACC.
