儿科临床病毒学实验室检测技术应用及意义

  自2003年我至今,我们在广州市儿童医院进行了较大量的儿童呼吸道和肠道疑似病毒感染临床样品的实验室检测分析,主要采用的技术方法是病毒培养、荧光PCR和ELISA抗原检测技术,结果提示:荧光PCR或RT-PCR、病毒抗原ELISA检测可以作为部分上呼吸道病毒感染的病原学临床检测应用;胶体金快检模式的病毒抗原检测可以用于肠道病毒感染的病原学检测;临床送检样品的采取、运输和保存方法在临床检测中很重要、需要进一步研究;国内临床诊治工作对快、准且经济、实用的临床实验室检测试剂和应用技术需求强烈且有必要性;一定时间段的一定数量的儿童患者的特定的病毒检出阳性率可能可以作为该病毒区域性流行的监测指标。
