Photocatalytic hydrogen production from water is one of the most hopeful candidates to deal with the problem of energy crisis and environmental contamination.Despite various kinds of photocatalysts and photocatalytic systems been developed, weak visible light response and high recombination possibility of electron-hole pairs are still hindrances.[1] In this work,flower-like CdSe architectures composed of ultrathin nanosheets were prepared via a facile solvothermal method.A relationship was established between the solvothermal temperature and the product structure, and thus the photocatalytic activity.
