  Self-passivated aluminum flakes (AFs) were incorporated into polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) matrix with oriented structure to form the 2-3-type AFs/PVDF composites.The thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of the polymer composites were both studied in the in-plane and out-of-plane directions.The results showed that the orientation of AFs in PVDF matrix brought out anisotropic thermal conductivity and dielectric properties of the polymer composites.
