  A quantitative diagnosis method based on sample entropy and double impacts is proposed in this paper to overcome the problem of misdiagnosis of rolling bearing outer ring defects that differ in size by an integer multiple of the ball angle spacing.Firstly,a nonlinear dynamic model of rolling bearing is established,and the outer ring defect model considering the ball size is added.
