Outbreaks of southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) in southern parts of China have caused significant crop losses in recent years, especially in 2010.We investigated the impact of SRBSDV-infected rice on the energy substances of Sogatellafurcifera in order to better understand the biological basis of the outbreaks of SRBSDV.Results showed that the reserves of energy substances in nymphs and adults did have different variation trends.
