Objective: To evaluate the correlations between various clinicopathological factors and para-aortic lymph node metastasis(PALNM) in endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma (EEA).Methods: A retrospective study was carried out to estimate the incidence of PALNM in surgically staged EEA.The research was performed at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center from January 2006 to December 2011.Correlations among various clinicopathological factors and PALNM were assessed by univariate and multivariate analyses.
