新型固定相在多相萃取分离法中分离柏树黄酮的应用

  多相萃取法是基于固相萃取法的一种新型提取分离方法。实现对天然植物中活性成分的同步提取和分离(图1)。此法利用官能团修饰后的微球高分子材料为固定相是分离的关键。固定相必须对目标产物有良好的吸附性和选择性。高分子材料因为具有良好的机械强度和化学稳定性,广泛地被运用于天然产物分离[1]。微球高分子具有表面积大,多样的官能团和大量的孑结构等特点,但是此材料对天然产物选择性不够高,因此需要对微球高分子进行官能团修饰[2]。离子液体官能团因具有优秀的亲/疏水性、低毒性、强作用力等特性,被选为微球高分子的修饰官能团。将修饰后的微球高分子作为固定相运用在多相萃取法中,能有效的分离目标产物,且误差小、有机溶剂使用量小。
