厚壳贻贝附着与微生物被膜相互作用关系研究

  微生物被膜在生物间相互作用以及生物地球化学循环过程中发挥了重要作用。同时,微生物被膜在许多海洋无脊椎动物的附着过程中极为关键。本研究主要探讨了厚壳贻贝幼虫和稚贝的附着与微生物被膜的相互作用关系。研究发现,海洋微生物被膜明显能诱导厚壳贻贝幼虫和稚贝的附着。随着日龄的增加,微生物被膜诱导幼虫和稚贝的附着活性随之增加。微生物被膜对幼虫的附着诱导活性与日龄、干重、细菌和硅藻密度相关,与叶绿素a无明显相关性;同时,微生物被膜对稚贝的附着诱导活性与微生物被膜的日龄、干重、厚度、叶绿素a含量、细菌密度以及硅藻密度显著相关;证实了自然海洋微生物被膜能够产生细菌群体感应AHLs信号分子。
