目的:运用基因芯片技术研究高脂膳食及有氧运动因素对C57BL/6小鼠骨骼肌基因表达谱的影响,初步探寻有氧运动改善机体胰岛素抵抗的相关机制.方法:选用C57BL/6雄性小鼠80只,随机分为正常饮食组和IR (Insulin Resistance)模型组,分别饲以基础和高脂饲料10周.实验10周后通过对小鼠进行口服葡萄糖耐量测试(OGTT)以及空腹血清胰岛素水平(FINS)的测定鉴定高脂膳食组IR小鼠
