When the bridge opened to traffic,its strength and stiffness may reduce and its structure performance degradation can occur under the action of the environmental factors,operation load and the special load (such as typhoon,earthquake,special transport,etc.),which will affect traffic safety of the bridge and service life of the bridge.Therefore,it is the main basis to assure the safety of bridge that monitoring and evaluation the structure characteristics and security status of the bridge.But the traditional inspection method to bridge is difficult to achieve this goal.For example,when long-span cable-stayed bridge will produce vibration displacement under the action of strong wind,how to accurately collect and real-time monitor its displacement value?
